spring makeover

11/30/12: Workout: Round 1  4 rounds of   10 tuck jumps  10 split jumps (each leg - 20 total)  10 pushups  50 jump rope skips    Round 2: 4 rounds of   10 traveling burpees  10 squats with shoulder press (10lb weights)    Round 3: 3 rounds of   25 jumping jacks  15 weighted situps (8lb weights)

Welcome… to the “new and improved” walktalk.  I’ve been feeling like I need a change, a breath of fresh air in my blog. What better way to celebrate Spring than with a colorful makeover. I hope you like the updated look and feel (it feels a little bit slimmer to me).

Now that Spring is lurking around the corner, it’s a great time to get moving on a new plan. I’m hoping some of you will begin to take action on some change for yourself.

Step outside for an actual breathe of fresh air this week. Walk around and have a visit with your neighborhood. Don’t be afraid to feel the winds, (the winds of change) let them blow new energy throughout your being. Take advantage of the sunlight, see the true colors budding and sprouting…
